The hotel is within walking distance of many of Copenhagen's tourist attractions. The Opera House is 4.5 km away. The airport is a 13-kilometer drive away. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping or entertainment in the area - it's the heart of the city!

Most rooms receive plenty of natural light and offer outstanding views of the city. They are big and chic - it's hard to find a negative side to them. The beds are exceptionally comfortable - huge and just the right amount of soft. All rooms have central air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a tea/coffee maker, slippers and bathrobes, and a whole lot more.
The on-site restaurant, ISSEI has a heritage design made to impress and dining there is a refined experience, albeit a bit niche with its fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines. The adjoining cocktail bar serves a selection of drinks in an ambiance made to relax.
Breakfast is also excellent with a variety of cold and hot dishes.
There are awesome spa facilities on site with the only downside being that they are not exclusive to hotel guests. Anyhow, the gym may very well be the best gym in the city.
