Sleep 'n Fly provides clean and comfortable sleep pods and has an attentive staff.
Located inside the Dubai airport, Sleep 'n Fly offers sleeping pods for quick naps or longer snoozes by the hour.
The entrance is opposite departure gates A, B, and C of Terminal 3. The hotel is for transit passengers and those already on the airside of the airport.
Transfer between terminals is easy but note that you may need to clear immigration. If you arrive at a different terminal as a transit passenger, look for another airport hotel, or the Sleep 'n Fly at Terminal 1.
Note that this is not a full-service hotel - it is perfect for some shuteye during a layover but it has limited other amenities. Showers are available for an additional fee, separate from the rooms. If you need to use a bathroom, you're directed to the shared airport bathrooms outside the hotel.
The rooms themselves are small with the bed taking over 75% of the space. It's best to think of them as sleep pods. Don't book if you're claustrophobic - the rooms don't have windows. On the flip side, this allows for a darker sleep. The rooms are also very quiet and soundproofed well. There are single and double cabins.
Drinks like tea, coffee, water, and cool soft drinks are free of cost. For food or other amenities, you need to use what's available at the airport.
Staff is available at the property at all times.
The Sleep 'n Fly, Terminal 3 is perfect as a sleeping space but falls short for anything more. If you need a quick nap or to rest your eyes for a few hours, it's good enough.

Popularhotels Lobby Talk brings you exclusive insights straight from the hotel staff. We've asked a number of carefully selected questions directly to the hotel team.
Since we are located within the airport, the best choice is to use the airport’s parking.
Please note that we do not offer any food in our lounge.
Our sleep 'n fly B-Gates lounge is located inside the DXB transit area (airside) of Terminal 3, close to the Emirates Connection counters between Gates B18 and B14.

This was the first time I stayed at a capsule again, and I chose this one as my layover because it was the most convenient choice. I would definitely do it again! The layout was simple but the bed was comfortable and they were very nice at check-in.
