You can request to be picked up directly from either of the 3 terminals. Downtown New York is a 30-minute drive away. The surrounding area is industrial and without much to do but his hotel is in a brand new building with everything being new and modern.
The rooms are spacious and clean with free wifi, flat-screen TVs, refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers. The comfortable beds are a standout that many guests note. However, soundproofing could be improved, especially given the nearby airport and road traffic. Bottom line, the rooms are pretty good and feel modern and comfortable.
A complimentary hot breakfast is provided daily. You can enjoy an unobstructed view of Manhattan from the breakfast lobby on the 9th floor, although the food choice isn't as big as expected by most.

That there was a free shuttle bus was a good feature. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really great with a lot of things to choose from. I also had dinner in the restaurant in the evening, and the food was delicious.
