Hotel with easy access to the airport. Comfortable and clean rooms that are nicely decorated.
The Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention is located within the Airport complex with the free CDGVAL shuttle connecting it to the terminals every 4 min from 4 AM to 1 AM. The hotel is a 5-minute walk away from the railway station from where Paris is 35 minutes away.
The hotel offers a choice between 345 soundproofed rooms and suites, each inspired by Parisian haute couture. The rooms are all nonsmoking and are equipped with an LCD TV, air conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a mini-bar. They may be a bit dated and show signs of long use and may use some remodeling. The bathrooms frequently get bad reviews for their mediocre state and lack of amenities.
The on-site restaurant, L’Escale only offers a buffet and if you want anything outside of it, you are better off going to a different restaurant. The Escale B bar is trendy and serves drinks around the clock.
There are 2 options for breakfast: a buffet of local produce, savory and sweet items, various breads, and beverages, and room service with anything on the menu from breakfast or the restaurant.
The hotel offers a heated indoor pool overlooking the gardens which receives a lot of praise. There's also a fitness room which is unfortunately severely underequipped.
The hotel has 18 meeting rooms for any size meeting and with views of the runways.

We do have a parking lot at the hotel, where you can park your car for 25 euros per night. You can check-in from 2 pm and the front desk is open 24/7.
Breakfast is located at the hotel’s restaurant L’Escale, from 5.30 am to 10 am (11 am on Saturday and Sunday) and is a continental buffet.
Our hotel is located in the airport area, the easiest and fastest way to come is to take the airport shuttle called CDGVAL. It is an automatic and free train that goes from the different terminals of the airport to Parking PR, the closest station to the hotel. You will then need to walk 400 meters which are approximately 5 to 7 minutes. The shuttle is available every 5 minutes between 4 am and 1 am every day.
To eat in the evening, the hotel’s restaurant L’Escale is open from 7 pm to 10.30 pm and has a buffet for 31 euros. If you want to eat somewhere else, there is a shopping center nearby called Aeroville, or you can easily go to the city of Roissy (around 10 minutes by cab or 20 minutes by public transport).

Despite its location close to the airport, this was a quiet and comfortable hotel. I just stayed here on a layover and the hotel had everything I needed and had a stylish design. The lobby area was nice and the restaurant served great food.
