The Amedia Amsterdam Airport is located on the south side of Schiphol Airport. It's about 10 kilometers away and to reach it, you can use the airport shuttle that goes to Radisson Blu for free. From there, Amedia is just a 7-minute walk. However, there is a small fee for shuttle services back to the airport​. Private parking is available on-site if you come by car. To reach Amsterdam, you only need to hop on the train and ride for 15 minutes.
The rooms are larger than average and are a great value for money compared to similar airport hotels. Rooms feature expected standard amenities like free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and Nespresso coffee makers. The large windows create a bright atmosphere inside. The bathrooms are modern and come with high-quality toiletries. The dog-friendly policy is a nice addition if you travel with a pet.

What is the cost of the airport shuttle and how often does it depart?
We offer a shared shuttle bus service. The name of the shuttle is Radisson Blu airport service. It stops at the Radisson Blu hotel, which is a 7-minute walk from our hotel. The shuttle departs every 30 minutes from platform A9-A13 at the airport. The first shuttle leaves from Radisson Blu hotel at 6 AM and the last shuttle departs from the airport at 23:45 PM. The shuttle to the hotel is free, back to the airport it's € 5 p.p. The ticket can be bought at Radisson Blu hotel.
You can also take the local bus 181 Circle Line from the airport to the bus stop Boeingavenue, from there it's a 3-minute walk to the hotel. The bus goes every 8 minutes during the day and in the evenings/weekend every 15 minutes.

We have dinner service at the hotel. The lobby lounge for the food is open till 22:00. We have soups, for the main dishes we have food like lasagna, Bolognese , Chicken Satay with yellow rice and we also have pizzas.

I liked the breakfast buffet that was served in the morning and the fact that the hotel was close to the airport. The rooms are nice with big windows where you could enjoy watching the planes take off. Despite being close to the airport the area was quiet.
