Popularhotels Lobby Talk brings you exclusive insights straight from the hotel staff. We've asked a number of carefully selected questions directly to the hotel team.
There is a parking garage, but we only have seven parking spots which isn’t a lot. We do offer valet parking where we park your car and also retrieve it for you. If you wish to use our garage we recommend that you book it in advance. Otherwise there is also parking in the streets surrounding the hotel.
If we are fully booked it can be hard to arrange, but otherwise we always try to meet your wishes. If you reach out to us before arriving we try to prioritize cleaning as soon as the previous guests have checked out.
We provide a breakfast suitable for everyone, including vegans and vegetarians. We also have alternatives that are lactose and/or gluten free. There is both a continental buffet breakfast and an à la carte menu.
Our breakfast is open between 06:30 and 10:30 Monday through Friday and from 07:00 to 12:00 on weekends.
Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property.
At the hotel you find several options, both by the entrance, in the bar and in the foyer. On the first floor is our bistro where you can have dinner – this is also where breakfast is served. Our other restaurant, the tavern, is another nice place to sit.
The bistro is open from 17:00 on Tuesdays to Saturdays and the tavern from 11:30 to 21:30 all days of the week except Saturdays when we close at 22:00. The bistro is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Yes, there are plenty of nice options to choose from. Some of the most popular restaurants nearby are Bistro Syd, O'Pizzicato, Söders Hjärta, Kryp In, Freyja and Nalen.
Most of our rooms face the courtyard besides the Deluxe options and our suites. A couple of them face Mariatorget, but I wouldn’t say it’s very noisy most parts of the year – maybe a little bit during the summer when the restaurants open their outdoor terraces. We also have quiet rooms that for example are located far from the elevator.
On Hornsgatan there is both bowling and billiards, and in Gamla Stan you find for example a gameshow and escape rooms. Both places are easy to reach by foot or by the subway.
