You can get to Budapest city in around 20 minutes using the cheap local train which is a 20-minute walk away. The hotel does not do airport shuttles.
The guesthouse offers air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms with a shower. The bathroom is clean with the shower separated by a bath sheet, though it's poorly equipped - no soap or shampoo. A hairdryer is available only after you request it at reception. The rooms themselves are quiet and clean, perhaps a bit small but comfortable anyhow. The hotel had a really good service level and the staff were friendly. The rooms were pretty simple but it had what I needed for a short stay and a comfortable bed. Everything felt clean and I had a nice meal in the restaurant.
