Reaching most landmarks in Copenhagen is easy even by just walking. The airport is a 20-minute drive from the hotel.
The hotel's 150 rooms and suites are elegantly appointed and retain the building's original features but also incorporate contemporary Scandinavian décor. The in-room amenities include free wifi, a flat-screen TV, luxurious bedding, a writing desk, and a mini-bar. Many rooms have exposed beams and awesome views of the canal waterfront. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable, albeit a bit small.
The on-site restaurant, IL ROSMARINO, specializes in Italian cuisine with its bespoke menu in an intimate historic setting. It's set inside the hotel's historic warehouse cellar. Plenty of other dining options in the surrounding area too.
The breakfast buffet is served in the same place and will take you on a culinary journey. The choices are never-ending and the buffet is very well laid out.
There are no gym or pool facilities - an unfortunate omission for such a luxurious hotel.
