A family friendly hotel with a good location near Tivoli Gardens. Comfortable, modern rooms and great views of the water. There is a playroom and lekvärdar (play host who entertains the children) which is usually appreciated by families with children. Good starting point for excursions to Copenhagen Zoo or the Bakken, which is the world's oldest and largest amusement park.

All 486 rooms are different from each other by theme - every single one has a city or country-inspired interior and ambiance. Standardly, expect free wifi, a cooling system, and a TV in all rooms, while for panoramic views, request a higher room. Notice that the room temperature is controlled centrally and the hotel uses its green policy as a way to excuse using higher temperatures in the room. For some guests that can be a problem as the rooms may feel warmer than expected.
