Tivoli Hotel is located in downtown Copenhagen, right by the Copenhagen Canal and 15 minutes' walk from Copenhagen Central Station. It is just a 15-minute walk from the Tivoli Gardens. Many other landmarks in the city can be reached on foot or by bike - the locals' preferred mode of transportation. The metro stops nearby too. The airport is less than 10 km away.
The hotel rooms are all air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee facilities, and modern bathrooms. Executive rooms and above get access to the Executive Lounge, which includes the breakfast area on the 11th floor, as well as other small perks and more space in the room. Room cleaning is a bit bizarre as you have to request it by filling out a written form every day. Other than that, the rooms are lovely and comfortable.
The breakfast leaves little to be desired with a wide variety of choices and a cooking station for eggs or omelets.
There are three on-site restaurants and two sky bars with panoramic views. The sushi rooftop restaurant is highly recommended.
The hotel also offers an indoor pool and a large fitness center. The pool is an absolutely marvelous addition to the hotel. This quality comes at a cost - it may be crowded at certain hours of the day.
Alternatively, only 600 meters from the hotel is the harbor bath where you can go for an even more refreshing swim.
The green roof garden of the hotel has public access and serves as a link between the hotel, the congress center, and Tivoli Gardens.
