The Adalbert Ecohotel is set in a former 1000-year-old monastery. Today, the hotel boasts a baroque style with 23 rooms surrounded by picturesque landscaped gardens. It's located in one of the greenest parts of Prague with plenty of opportunities for walks in nature. The hotel is around 10 km from the airport and 6 km from Charles Bridge. Just 5 minutes from the hotel is the biggest in-line skate park. There is free parking at the hotel. The tram stops just across the road from the hotel.
Albeit the small size, there are a variety of room sizes: single, double, twin, and a suite. All rooms have a work desk, wardrobe, a fan (but no AC), carpeted floor, Flat-screen TV, and Non-feather pillows. The bathrooms are fully equipped with all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer.
The upper floors are accessible by a lift.
A pleasant surprise is the chocolate or biscuit in the room upon arrival and the free tea and coffee throughout the day. However, there is no kettle in the room.
Complimentary breakfast is served daily from 7 AM to 10 AM. If you leave early, the breakfast can be packaged to go. Breakfast includes cereals, fresh fruit, juices, bread, fresh Bohemian kolache, cheeses, cold meats, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and the mandatory coffee and tea. On request, staff can prepare bacon or ham with eggs or an omelet with cheese.
The hotel organizes tours of historical sites nearby such as the Brevnov monastery and the Brevnov brewery.
The Klášternà šenk (Monastery Tavern) functions as the hotel restaurant. Rustic, with an open fire where the menu offers the finest of Bohemian cuisine.

Charming hotel in a beautiful and calm environment, and I had easy access to both the airport and to tourist attractions in Prague. Breakfast was really good and there was a lot to choose from. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
