Åkeshofs Slott is located on the edge of Judarskogen Nature Reserve in the area of Bromma. It’s close to Bromma Airport but immersed in nature, surrounded by a large green space. The hotel is colloquially known as the ‘green castle’ and the property dates back to the 15th century. It’s a peaceful place to stay but located just 15 minutes from Stockholm’s city center.

The hotel has an intimate feel with only 23 rooms, that are either single or double. All have Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV, hairdryer and a view of the surrounding area. A free breakfast buffet and parking are included in all room rates. Package deals are available for weekend trips, to include dinner and for special occasions.

We have our own private parking lot and you can park here for free.

Do you offer breakfast, and in that case, what kind of breakfast?

At the hotel we serve breakfast between 07:00 and 09:00 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 10:00 on weekends. Breakfast is included in the cost when staying at the hotel and we provide a buffet breakfast.

We have our own restaurant here at the castle which is open for à la carte from Thursday to Saturday. If you stay at the hotel or if you are part of a larger group, you can also book a table at the restaurant during the other days of the week.

Besides our own restaurant there are several nice restaurants at Brommaplan which is a subway stop from us. In the other direction you find Ängby, which has a good restaurant called Astrids.
