The hotel is just steps away from the Broadway theaters, Rockefeller Center, and Radio City Music Hall. You will have access to the main subway lines that reach all areas of New York.
The hotel's 650+ rooms are each equipped with air conditioning, satellite TVs, mini-fridges, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and safety deposit boxes. There is no coffee maker, kettle, or microwave in the rooms. Many of the rooms have unmatched views of Times Square but many have found them small for the price tag.
The hotel offers a daily American buffet breakfast (almost unbelievably good for American standards, albeit at a high extra fee) and a Grab & Go service for food and snacks on the go. The breakfast procedure is a bit complicated and time-consuming involving at least 2 queues.
There is no sit-down restaurant for dinner but the surrounding area presents an enormous amount of choice.
There is a 24-hour gym available for free. It is of decent size, well-equipped, and well-maintained.
