The rooms blend classic lines, eclectic-chic interiors, and modern amenities. There are floor-to-ceiling windows that provide abundant natural light and provide sweeping city views. Luxurious bedding, dual-fixture marble rain showers, and state-of-the-art technology round up the modern in-room offerings. The rooms are of good sizes but lack coffee machines and kettles, which can be quite annoying.

There are two restaurants inside the hotel. L'Amico offers Italian cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere, while Skirt Steak provides a set-course menu featuring quality cuts and unlimited fries. Both can be pretty busy and you likely need to book 2 days in advance to guarantee a table. Additionally, the hotel houses two bars offering signature cocktails and light bites. The complimentary wine happy hour is an appreciated touch.

There is no buffet breakfast but the paid-for made-to-order options are quite delicious, albeit a bit expensive.

The outdoor plaza is one of the hotel's highlights with its massive multimedia art screen. On the fifth floor, the Veranda is the go-to space for relaxation and enjoying views of the city.
