The building itself is a restored 16th-century Renaissance palace of an influential Venetian family. The hotel has preserved the façade together with its original stuccoes and frescoes as well as the interior design with its historical ornaments.
The hotel is close to the Venetian Ghetto, Rialto Bridge, and St. Mark's Square and you can easily reach most other places in the city by water taxi, the vaporetto (water bus), or on foot. Piazza San Marco is about a 25-minute walk away.
The hotel offers 52 guest rooms and suites, each a wonderful mix of old Venetian architecture and modern luxury touches.
