Residence Ca' Foscolo is a residential hotel just a stone's throw from the Ponte di Rialto and a 5-minute walk from Piazza San Marco. The building is a restored 16th-century palace, but all apartments have been completely and carefully renovated, still keeping Venice's spirit to some extent. The hotel has a private water entrance for water taxis.

The apartments are self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, washer&dryer, and a living room with satellite TV. Each unit is furnished in a very modern way with a clean design and charming setup. The staff has put a lot of thought into providing the little things that make for a great stay, for example, coffee and creamer, laundry detergent, and various cooking supplies. Some apartments offer canal views which may or may not meet expectations as are more real life than postcard material. The biggest unit can accommodate up to 6 guests making it a rare find in central Venice. The apartments are exceptionally clean and a daily housekeeping routine ensures they remain so. Higher floor rooms are not suitable for those who find stairs tiresome as there's no elevator on site (the standard in Venice). The hotel is in a relatively quiet location, albeit in the center of the city, so the rooms remain quiet.

Umbrellas and rubber boots are available on request during rainy days or high water. A bunch of other services like booking tickets, babysitting, books, games, printing service, etc. are available at the reception area.
