Inspired boutique budget hotel with stylish, colorful rooms. Easy walking distance to the Chidlom and Phayathai BTS stations. Close to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The hotel has a billiard room and spa with massages. Guests are offered free shuttle service to the Ratchaprarop Concourse.
Baiyoke Boutique Hotel is a mid-range boutique hotel situated in the Pratunam area, right next to the Pratunam Night Market. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Ratchaprarop Station on the Red Line. The same line connects the city to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The hotel's location is a significant advantage for yet another reason - the various retail outlets and dining options close nearby. This also means that the immediate surroundings can be quite noisy.
The rooms are relatively clean and have the expected essentials. The rooms and bathrooms are relatively small. Whereas you can overlook the size, the old age of the rooms and the tired state of the furniture are hard to ignore. But the bad news doesn't stop here: the wifi is quite poor, especially on higher floors, the rooms aren't soundproof at all, you don't get any coffee or tea in the room, and some guests have complained of a musky smell inside.
The staff, although friendly and helpful, can only do so much. Complaints of broken shampoo dispensers, lighting, and TVs in most cases remain unaddressed.
The hotel serves a simple breakfast that will feed you but won't leave you asking for more. Thankfully, there are plenty of street food options right outside.
Frankly, Baiyoke Boutique Hotel is a poor and badly maintained hotel. The convenient location is not enough to outshine the small rooms, dated decor, and numerous maintenance needs.
Check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is required by 12:00.
