Many couples like it here because the hotel has excellent service and is comfortable walking distance to many museums and attractions, such as the Doge's Palace and Rialto Bridge.

Suites Torre Dell'Orologio are stand-alone apartment suites just around the corner from Piazza San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs. Ponte Rialto is 500 meters away, so the location is truly perfect for Venice. If you arrive via water taxi, the nearest stop is San Zaccaria.
The apartments are finely equipped in a classic Venetian style that some may find outdated. The original Murano glass, oak parquet floors, and fine carpets give it a classy look but the rooms can indeed use an update. Still, the rooms include air conditioning, complimentary wifi, and flat-screen TVs which you would expect from a modern hotel. Some suites also have kitchenettes. Bathrooms are up to the expected standard with a shower and free toiletries. There are no slippers, no bath robes, and no free coffee/tea which are usually expected from a hotel in this price range.
The suites are geared towards families, couples, and groups and are ideal for longer stays and self-catering stays. Yet, free breakfast is included in every stay and is an awesome option to start the day with hot and cold items and a good variety.
There are no leisure facilities (gym, spa, pool, etc.) but the apartments compensate with a concierge service that will take care of planning, booking, and organizing personalized experiences and tours.
Note that Suites Torre Dell’Orologio is separated from the main hotel where the reception and check-in areas are. Staff can organize airport transfers, car rentals, and babysitting services. It is not the best hotel you can get for this money but location-wise it's stellar and manages to fulfill most expectations.
