Hotel Da Bruno is a charming family-run hotel in the Salizzada San Lio area of Central Venice. It's located between the iconic Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, both a short 5-minute walk away. You can take a Vaporetto or a water taxi to Rialto Bridge and walk from there to reach the hotel.
The hotel's 32 rooms are furnished in a traditional Venetian style with Murano glass, old-fashioned wooded furniture, luxury draperies, and an aesthetically pleasing design. All rooms have air conditioning, private bathrooms, satellite TV, telephone, and a safety deposit box. There is no lift in the hotel, so pick a lower-floor room if you have problems with the stairs. There is no tea/coffee in the rooms - a minor inconvenience as you'd have to go to the ground floor for complimentary drinks. Good soundproofing keeps the noise from the surrounding area very low.
