Our summary of Bangkok Loft Inn

Bangkok Loft Inn is located in the Thon Buri district on the other side of the Chao Phraya from most of Bangkok's famous attractions and upscale areas. The hotel's location is far from the city center and not the best for first-timers but with the Wongwian Yai BTS Skytrain station just 7 minutes away on foot, it's not the worst either. The Wongwian Yai train station is also just minutes away.

The hotel has just 32 rooms: pretty, clean, and with lots of space. All rooms are air-conditioned and have flat-screen TVs with cable channels, refrigerators, electric kettles, and private bathrooms with showers and complimentary toiletries. There is free water provided in the room but anything from the minibars is paid. Many rooms face a busy street: this means good views but you may be worried about noise too. The double glazing minimizes the noise from traffic pretty well though, so most guests do not complain. Rooms are cleaned daily without fail.

The breakfast served in the hotel's dining area every morning has both Thai options and international continental favorites. The selection is modest but filling enough.

The reception staff is always happy to help with airport transfers, luggage storage, or tips for getting around and places to visit in Bangkok.

Bangkok Loft Inn is highly recommended for anyone seeking clean and comfortable rooms at a budget-friendly price. Although it's not in the center, it's close to the MRT and reaching places is easy. A wonderful no-frills stay.
