This historic hotel is located in midtown Manhattan and feature rooms with marble bathrooms.
The Warwick New York Hotel is located in Midtown Manhattan, about an equal distance from Rockefeller Center and Central Park. It is a historic luxury hotel with a rich heritage, designed and built to accommodate Hollywood celebrities and over the years welcoming The Beatles, Elvis, James Dean, Elvis Presley, and Cary Grant, among other famous people and dignitaries. During the high season, it becomes a very busy hotel with an exclusive luxury feel to it.
The hotel's guest rooms and suites are warm, intimate, and comfortable, with contemporary decor and lots of natural light. All rooms feature marble bathrooms, desks with international plug-ins, flat-screen TVs, and a fully stocked minibar. It is hard to find something to complain about the rooms - minor shortfalls are the lack of a kettle and a bigger fridge, the unavailability of room service, and that wifi is paid for. Higher floor rooms have amazing terraces with simply unbeatable views making for a perfect place to unwind.
There are no restaurant facilities except for breakfast and the bar with limited opening times - perhaps the hotel's biggest missing amenity. The breakfast is not included in the room rate and is just fine - nothing extraordinary and not the hotel's best side.
The 24-hour fitness center is not too big but has many different equipment and machines for various workout routines.
Warwick New York Hotel is not about value. It is about a timeless charm and the history of accommodating dozens of celebrities over the years. Its rooms are splendid and you can easily see why it's their top choice for an elegant hotel in Manhattan.
